• Led by Olivier Pailhès, co-founder and CEO of Aircall, the new executive leadership team will be tasked with expanding Aircall's international footprint and increasing the company's revenue and profitability.

• Aircall relies on its internal talents to achieve these objectives: Alexandra Diez is appointed Chief People Officer (CPO), Emmanuelle Benoliel, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), and Frédéric Viet Chief Sales Officer (CSO). They all join the leadership team.

• Jonathan Anguelov, co-founder, will step down from his operational position in early September;  He remains invested in the life of Aircall and will devote himself to new personal projects.

After reaching centaur status with $100 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) a year ago, Aircall, a cloud-based phone and communications platform, continues to grow globally, with more than 17,000 customers worldwide.

Almost 10 years after its creation, Aircall's executive leadership team is growing with the appointment of internal experts. True to its values, Aircall relies on the promotion of its talents, major players in its success, to achieve its long-term ambitions.  

Alexandra Diez, who joined the company's Human Resources department in April 2023, is appointed CPO. Emmanuelle Benoliel, who designed and developed EMEA and then global marketing strategies, will join Aircall's executive team as Chief Marketing Officer. Frédéric Viet, who is behind Aircall's success in APAC, will take over as Chief Sales Officer in September 2023 and will lead the sales teams from New York.

Jonathan Anguelov, co-founder of the company, will step down from his operational role. He will follow and remain closely involved in the development of Aircall and will devote himself to new entrepreneurial projects.

This new executive leadership team, led by Olivier Pailhès, co-founder and CEO of Aircall, will be responsible for expanding Aircall's position in each of its strategic territories (EMEA, US, APAC) and increasing the company's revenues and profitability.
